1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and truthful. Only one account per person and per household is permitted. We reserve the right to request identity verification and to deny access to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person is prohibited. You must provide accurate personal information during registration and keep it up to date. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

4. How the Platform Works

InstantRewards is a referral-driven rewards platform. Here is how members participate:

• Levels: Members complete offers from our advertising partners to earn credits. Each credit advances your account by one level.
• Referral Earnings: When a person you referred levels up, you earn a fixed dollar amount per level (as displayed on the platform), up to a cap based on your own level.
• Bonus Commissions: Additional upstream bonus commissions may be earned from activity further down your referral chain, subject to the rates and caps displayed on the platform.

All earning rates, bonus percentages, and program rules are subject to change at our discretion. Current rates are always displayed on the platform.

5. Offer Completion

Offers must be completed in good faith following the instructions provided on each offer page. Crediting is dependent on confirmation from our advertising partners and may take varying amounts of time. InstantRewards is not responsible for delays or failures in crediting caused by third-party advertisers. We reserve the right to reverse credits that were awarded in error or obtained through fraudulent means. If you believe you were not properly credited for a completed offer, you may submit a credit request through your account dashboard.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are issued upon request once you reach the minimum cashout threshold displayed on the platform. Processing times vary by payment method, typically ranging from 1 to 5 business days. We reserve the right to hold payments for accounts under review or investigation. All payment amounts are denominated in US Dollars (USD). InstantRewards is not responsible for fees charged by payment processors or your financial institution. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from payments received through InstantRewards.

7. Referral Program

Members may earn referral commissions by sharing their unique referral link. The following rules apply:

• Referral commissions are earned when your referred users level up, subject to the rates and caps described on the platform.
• Self-referrals, fake referrals, or incentivized sign-ups (e.g., paying someone to sign up) are strictly prohibited.
• You may not use spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading advertising to promote your referral link.
• You may not bid on the "InstantRewards" brand name or variations thereof in paid search advertising.
• Violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of referral earnings and possible account termination.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities
• Using VPNs, proxies, or tools to mask your location or identity
• Completing offers fraudulently or using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Submitting false credit requests or fabricated proof of offer completion
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform or its servers
• Engaging in any activity intended to defraud InstantRewards, its partners, or other members
• Circumventing any fraud detection or security measures

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software on InstantRewards.net are the property of InstantRewards or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our prior written consent. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination for fraud or abuse, any unpaid balance may be forfeited. If your account is terminated without cause, we will pay out any verified, earned balance. You may also request account deactivation at any time by contacting support.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

InstantRewards is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the availability or accuracy of offers from third-party advertising partners.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InstantRewards and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount of verified earnings in your account at the time of the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater. We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of third-party advertisers whose offers appear on our platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InstantRewards and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against InstantRewards.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of InstantRewards after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
