How Crediting Works
When you complete an offer on InstantRewards, the crediting process works like this:
- You complete the offer — Follow the instructions on the offer page and fulfill all requirements.
- The affiliate network reports it — Our advertising partner tracks the completion and sends a confirmation back to our system.
- Credit appears in your account — Once we receive confirmation, the credit is automatically added to your account balance.
This process can be instant for some offers, or it may take minutes, hours, or even days depending on the offer and the advertiser's reporting schedule.
Tips for Getting Credited
Follow these best practices to maximize your chances of receiving credit:
Use real, accurate information
Always use your real name, email, and details when completing offers. Fake information will prevent crediting.
Clear your cookies before starting
Old tracking cookies can interfere with crediting. Clear your browser cookies or use a fresh browser session.
Do not use a VPN or proxy
VPNs and proxies mask your real location and will almost always prevent offers from crediting.
Complete all requirements fully
Read the offer requirements carefully and complete every step. Partial completions will not credit.
Stay on the page until done
Don't close the offer page or navigate away before fully completing the requirements.
Do not use ad blockers
Ad blockers can interfere with tracking pixels and prevent offers from being tracked properly.
What to Do If You Don't Receive Credit
If you completed an offer but haven't received credit, follow these steps:
- Wait for the estimated crediting time — Each offer displays an estimated time for crediting. Wait at least that long before taking further action.
- Check your credit history — Visit your dashboard to see if the credit has already been applied.
- Submit a credit request — If the estimated time has passed and you still haven't been credited, submit a credit request from your dashboard. Include any proof of completion such as confirmation emails or screenshots.
Our team reviews credit requests and will investigate with the advertiser. Please allow up to 5 business days for a resolution.
